Update

 In 2004 began my journey to pastoral ministry at The Master's Seminary.

  

Along the way, I made some good friends

Learned from some of the godliest... and craziest of professors  

In May of 2008 family, friends, a special friend  and I celebrated God's grace at my commencement!

Finally in August of 2008, the Lord led me to my new home in San Francisco!

While ministry will continue to have its share of challenges, I have never been so blessed to do the Lord's work in serving the people of this church. I am so undeserving God's goodness has been very apparent in my life up to this point. And at times, I feel inadequate before the task at hand. But I'm thankful that the evidences of grace throughout this journey gives me confidence in His future grace to accomplish much in my life and ministry in spite of me. With that, I rejoice 

Just wanted to share this with those who still read and care =) Blessings.

Well I've been inspired by the frequent xangaing of Mr. Chris Wu, so I'm gonna try to revive this xanga thing as well. This is for you buddy! Following in his vein, here's my seminary tidbit for the day from the one and only Alex Montoya:

"What is the scope of evangelism? The WORLD. The Gospel is to touch every creature, reach every nation, go forth to all peoples...gentlemen... if it looks human... evangelize it"

Good Times

Haven't updated for a while... haven't felt like writing much. But! I did come across this pic of my 8th grade graduation in the shoebox. It cracked me up to see how far this punk kid has come along =) Yet at the same time, it also saddened me as I looked at this pic and see where these friends are in life today. The Lord really impressed on my heart to pray for them that night.

Well... on a lighter note, look how early this ghettoness started. hahaha. Aint no AZN's in this crew! actually I'm not sure why I, being, the least ghetto of us is standing like that and the most ghetto dude today is standing like a complete square. Go figure. But also note how symmetrical the hair is. pretty cool huh?? maybe I should grow it out again, yes? hahaha *sigh* the good ol' days. Good times... jr high.
